We are currently experiencing an issue where the MySQL service on one of our servers is unresponsive. Our engineers are investigating the root cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers hosted on the server may experience database connection errors, slow website performance, or sites temporarily going offline if they rely on MySQL databases.

Other services remain unaffected.
