Identified 1 month ago · Aug 13, 2026 13:51 CST
At approximately 7:30am local time this morning our Phoenix datacentre (location AZ1) began to experience network disruptions due to a rise in temperature. This was caused by the failure of multiple cooling units within the facility after overnight storms in the area, which eventually caused a shutdown of all equipment in the building, including our network providers and power to our servers. The latest information we have is that ~50% of building cooling is back online, and that within the next 2 - 4 hours we will be able to regain access to our equipment to assess the situation safely. This will allow us to restart our network and bring customer servers back online.
