We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. - For clients using our name servers: No action is required - For clients using external name servers: They need to manually update their records. They can find their new IP in cPanel => Shared IP Address. They will be one of the following: 200.69.22.20/26 200.69.22.21/26 200.69.22.22/26 200.69.22.23/26 The server is now stable and services connected should be functioning properly.
If you have any questions or need any assistance with your services, please reach out to us. We would like to thank you for your patience during this time.

The server sg1-tr103.a2hosting.com is currently experiencing a critical memory (RAM) exhaustion. Because the system has run out of available memory, it has become unresponsive and is currently inaccessible via the web or SSH. Engineering is currently investigating the root cause of the memory spike and is working to restart essential services or reboot the node to restore connectivity.
